1. Prerequisites to accessing our website

These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and Psych et al (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as "Psych et al", "us", "we" or "our"), the provider of the Psych et al website and the services accessible from the Psych et al website (which are collectively referred to in these Terms & Conditions as the "Psych et al Service").

This Agreement is effective until it is terminated by either you or us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, and with or without previous notice. If you violate any of its terms, this Agreement will terminate instantly and without prior notice from us. Additionally, you have the choice to terminate this Agreement by removing the service and all copies from your computer. You must stop using the service and remove any copies of it from your computer when this Agreement expires. If you violate any of your responsibilities under this Agreement while it is still in effect, this Agreement's termination will not affect our rights or remedies at law or in equity.
